Mend AEG competence dbl Oven Repair Grill

howcan i fix my aeg competence dbl oven?

the top grill has stopped working.bottom oven still fine. if the temp. dial is turn up past 0" the light wont come on
if i turn the on/grill dial properly till it click into 1st ,2nd,3rd setting, nothing.if i turn the on/grill dial slightly the light will come on ,
