Mend Renault Megane 1.9dci Wrong Time Starts

What is wrong with my renault magane 1.9dci?

My magane are losing power and uses a los of diesel,its not all the time and it starts ok.There is a light on,on the dashboard but the book say its just the glowplug light and it should go off after the motor is started,but it doesnt.
Its a magene 1.9dci 2002
