Mend Nissan Almera 96 Off Start

nissan almera"96 goes off when driving,wont start for hours?

hi there, i am having a really difficult time with my nissan almera the "check" warning sign is constantly on,it looses power while driving and wont start for hours. again it starts only to repeats itself over again. i have taken it to an electrical specialist and he rekons there is nothing wrong with it and it has happened again please help!
