Anti pollution fault?

Hi, I have a 2004 2.0 Peugeot 206 cc and recently, after changing the battery, the anti pollution light message is displayed. Car drives fine and having no problems other than this message being displayed. Any ideas on what is causing this or how to get rid of it?
