206 1.6 hdi 110cv esp, anti-pollution fault?

When turn my 206, have esp disable, anti pollution fault and there is no throttle, the motor run at 1100 rpm and if i put gears the rpm go up to 3500 rpm in 3rd gear without throttle and after a while down to 1000/1100 rpm... have many faults in ecu. The peugeot say that have wire loom or ecu problem, i switch the ecu and the problem continue... the wire have a problem? one friend says that is common rail problem. I dont know this problem havent sense.
