bosch twa3003gb/17 dryer red hot at the back ?

bosch twa3003gb/17 vented dryer the back of the dryer gets so hot you cant touch it the fluff collector and the vent are free from fluff and is not block in anyway ,i tried pressing the red button at the back of the dryer but nothing happened i think it could be broke
