Mend BT 2010 Ring Hear Phone

How can I fix my BT Freestyle 2010?

Although one of my Freestyle 2010 phones is connecting to the number I ring I cannot hear the phone dialling and I can hardly hear the voice of the person I am calling. I have checked the colume control and that is OK. Can you help?
