Mend Telstra 6100A Help Handsets Phone

help with telstra 6100a???

I have a telstra 6100a w/3 handsets. the display on all handsets is flashing, I can hear the phone ring only cannot answer it. It just makes a beeping sound if you try to press tha answer button...Help?? I have also LOCKED one of the handsets (that was previously not locked) in an attempt to fix it...and cannot unlock it..
