Mend Philips 24pw60006 Switch Clicking Day

My Philips CRT 24pw60006 taking longer to switch on?

Over the two weeks or so my Philips CRT is clicking when trying to turn on. Each day it is taking longer. Upto 5min now to power up. It sounds like its powering up then straight back down. you have to keep pressing the on button on the remote constantly. The remote is fine though.
