Hi, can anybody help, I have an accenta 8 mini alarm but i need to change the code. when i set the alarm the whole house is covered, but when we go to bed i plug in the code and then press program 2 to disable it upstairs, how do i change the code and also be able to disable it for upstairs via program 2.

if you wish to do it,leave a note here and i will post the instructions on how to do it,or some one else will,
but it involves opening the panel,and removing some cables,as there are mains voltage present,you need to be very carefull.

if the engineering code has been changed,then you have a problem,you will need to reset the panel back to factory settings,then you would need to reprogramme the panel,but you would need the engineering manual,pity we are not allowed email addys here,as i could have sent you it,

press prog,then the engineer code,9999,attack indicator light shows,press 8,zone indictors 123,4 show,enter the new code,the panel will bleep a few times,changing the code will not affect the way system has been programmed,when done,press reset,the day and power light will now be showing,hope this has been of help,
