Hotpoint BF162 error?

I have a Hotpoint BF162 integrated DW that is stuck with the 3rd from the left button flashing (the one with an icon that looks like the letter R on a plate. I have tried holding down the programme button to reset but that does not work- does anyone know what this could be? Thanks in advance
