Mend Hitachi HT-70 Error Fan Power

F61 error even after cleaning fan?

I removed the fan and cleaned it, even connected it to external 12 V power supply and the fan works.
However when connected to the unit the F61 error persists and fan does not work.
Model number is HT 70
Any suggestions are welcome
