Will r-134a work in a r410a system?

I drilled a hole in my window a/c units copper tubing, how can i repair the hole, and can i use r-134a coolant in the r-410a system once the hole is properly fixed??

Quick answer no R410 is a higher pressure gas than 134a the power head and expansion valve will not work correctly at all
