How do I fix my Breville 800ES Class Espresso Machine which does not work?

* Unit has not been used in a long period but worked perfectly in previous use.
* Does not work,
* Has water - OK
* Heating light comes on indicating unit has 'heated' - OK
* All areas in correct place - OK

>>>No water attempts to come out of hose in 'water' cycle.
>>>No steam attempts to come out in 'steam' cycle.
>>>Machine makes all the right noises but: Not even a drop of water comes out.
>>>Hoses appear to be clear.
