Mend Vacuum Cleaner Machine

brush wont spin?

had to take the brush assembley apart but left the belt on. how do you put it back in the machine ? i've tried several ways to make it work. it worked for a few seconds then stopped. so i took the bottom off again.. please show how to put the brush bar in right !!
