Mend Vauxhall Corsa 1400cc Problem Engine Cold Runs

wats the problem?

ive a vauxhall corsa 1400cc 1998, when engine is cold it runs rich, so i have to keep taking spark plugs out to clean them, but once the engine is warm it runs normally.. can anyone help me with this problem
