Mend Amcor Humidifier Not

Amcor humidifier not collecting moisture?

Although our humidifier keeps switching on when it detects moisture, on checking it, there was no water in it, in fact it was bone dry. Does anyone know what cau be the cause of this? It is around 7 years old.
