Accenta Optima G4 Alarm is setting on exit - but when we enter it triggers the alarm immediately - no 30 second warning

Tried re setting user - but no joy.

When the alarm goes off. If zone 2 led is lit it probably means that you front door contact reed is sticking.
if you give it a tap on the frame side, sometimes it comes back to life. if not a new contact is needed.
