Mend Polaroid Proview Screen Power Tv

Polaroid flat screen wont power up?

Tv will turn on and the Polaroid image will turn on for a fewseconds then nothing but a blank screen/dark no sound nothing.Already replaced two biggest caps on Proview power supply board but not sure what voltages are need to fire it up. Thanks
