Mend Pfaff 145 Sewing Machine Repair Needle

Pfaff 145 - not pulling bobbin thread?

I have a Pfaff 145 and we cannot get it to grab the thread from the needle to pull the thread from the bobbin. Why?

Hello Paula,
make sure the needle is in the right way round to begin with first, failing that type my email address as you say it not as you see it and I will attach instructions to retime it.
