Mend John Deere 14SE Plug Cleaned Carb

john deere 14se?

i put a new plug in it and cleaned the carb last year now today the problem is is it takes forever to get warmed up and run right prolly like 10 minutes or more to idle high enough to mow the yard with !!!! then i do like one lap and it starts cutting out and barely running any help i need it before i shoot it
