I am trying to replace the electrical wires from my dryer to the door switch, I am unsure about which way to plug them in.can anyone help please

A switch only joins two wires to each other when operated. So if it is the two wires going to the door switch it doesn't matter which way around you put them. When the switch is closed the power from one wire will flow through the switch and onto the other wire.
