Mend Simpson 452 Dryer Drum Belt

simpson maxi dry 452 tenson pully spring?

do u know where spring goes for pully on the drum belt to tighten it and surcure the pully.i cant find any place to put it. dryer is a simpson maxi dry 452

One end of spring will hook on to the motor & the other end will hook on to the base of the cabinet. If there is a plastic clip with 2 wires mounted on the base the hook end of the spring goes around the plastic part to pull the 2 halves together and make a contact between the 2 wires, If there is no plastic clip then you will find a hole on the cabinet floor join. Hook the spring in to that hole.
