speedfight 50cc,,,2007 reg?

hi , need help. or advise please?? my speedfight will not start up. just turns over and over and over? no signs of starting,, tride everything i no ?? theres spark at plug / theres plenty fuel/ and two stroke oil,....the plugs wet so i asume petrol is geting throu carb ? theres plenty of compretion . oil light on / wen i turn starter / it go.s out..but not shore if oil lube works i say this ,as are you saposta see the iol coming though?? as i dont??.....iv tryed puting petral down carb ? nothing /// iv tryed puting petrol down plug / nothing.....all lights are working ok . eny ,,, help help , please,,,,would be gratfull
