Mend Vauxhall Vectra 20DTI Start Cold

why will my vauxhall vectra 20DTI not start in the cold?

I Have a 04 20DTI vauxhall vectra and it will not start in the cold. I Have been told the glow plugs are ok and that the timming was out. This has made no difference at all. The car has only 44,000 could you give any advice

Vauxhall Vauxhall Vectra 20DTI Vehicles, Cars Vauxhall Start Cold

if your glow plug's are o.k, check the relay for them,make sure there's power getting to them ?
