Mend Ford 75E15 Reg Diesel

Fuel starvation?

Got a ford cargo 75e15 on a y reg.
Sucking diesel out of filters, then locking then vacuming.

Any ideas what the problem is or how to fix it??

sounds like it could be blockage in tank pick-up pipe or may be fuel tank/cap not venting.can you hear an inrush of air into tank when cap is removed?
