part way through the wash it stops and all the lights are off, if i press the start/pause/cancel button, it starts again but after a while does the same thing, i cant seem to do anything else, the clothes are wet in the machine and cant run the spin cycle or cancel out anything, please help???
Took your advice but in the end it was the outlet pipe blocked, all good now, many thanks

remove the filter bottom right.look inside the filter housing and check the drain pump impellor rotates free and isn't jammed up.press the start button for 5 secs to reset machine
