how do i fix my sewing machine ?

the cotton on the bobbin is getting tangled inside its making a funny noise the cotton in the needle keeps coming out

Check the tensions first of all and check the obvious such as the bobbin is in the correct way round, make sure the presser foot is up when you thread the machine.
