Mend Amana Refrigerator Freezer Not Cold

How can I fix my refrigerator freezer that is not keeping things cold?

I have an Amana Refrigerator freezer with the freezer located on the bottom of the fridge. The freezer is not keeping things frozen. I can see some ice build up in the inside back of the freezer. The refrigerator appears to be working fine. It is 6 years old. What can be done to fix it or do I need a new one?
