my refrigerator side is not cold, but my freezer side is cold?

My refrigerator part is not cold, but my freezer/icemaker side is cold and workin fine. Do you want the problem is?

As far as i know it is too little gas. Because the gas coming from the freezer has warmed up already from the heat it removed from the freezer.
