Mend Hoover Nextra Optima 1600 Appliance Drain Water

COnditioner Section Does Not Drain?

The conditioner section on my Hoover Nextra Optima 1600 does not empty at end of wash. I am left with the section full of a diluted mix of water and conditioner. When I leave the drawer open it drains.
