Mend Ryobi SS30 Running Minutes Stopped

How do I fix my Ryobi SS30 trimmer?

The trimmer started with no difficulty and after running for 2-3 minutes, stopped. An attempt to restart the enging left the starting cord stuck in the fully extended position.

hi there i had this problem with a ryobi strimmer i had just bought, i found that i had to strip the strimmer down and get to a spring that pulls the cord back in again once pulled to start. a little tricky, easier to take back if under warranty.
