Ryobi Stimmer Will not Start? Need URGENT Help !!?

I have a Ryobi Strimmer (Trimmer) and it will not start it ahs only been used once or twice and i got it out and it would not start. i checked the spark on the spark plug an that was ok and the fuel was getting the the engine but after a few pulls the spark plug is socked with fuel

read your instructions. if you have followed it to the letter it should work. If it still dont work take it back to the shop! they have a 1 year warranty minimum
