Mend Ford Galaxy Open Door Drivers Side

Unable to open the rear passagers door on ford galaxy?

i'm unable to open the drivers side passagner door, have removed the door card & checked the door lever & release cable which seem ok, |I'm thinking it could be the central locking as i have problems with the central locking when trying to lock the car, the hazzard lights flash & the doors lock & unlock by themselves ?
