Mend Simpson Maxidry 1200 Fit Belt Machine

Simpson Maxidry 1200 -how to fit spring and pulley?

I have a simpson maxidry - the belt came off and on opening the machine found that the tension pulley has got caught with the belt. How does the pulley and spring get fitted as I cant seem to see where the spring would attach itself.?

I have the same problem. It looks like the spring fits over the swtich located in the middle of one side panel and the other ends fits on the tab of the idler pulley arm to tension the belt but I haven't yet worked out the path of the belt to make it all work....!!

Hi There we're having the exact same problem have been trying to fix it but I'm not having any luck.. Hope I find an answer asap..
