Mend LG DK8742P Gets Tv Screen

DK8742P LG - DVD Player gets blue on tv screen?

Firstly, it works on CD only. DVD always shows Disk Error. When I started using remote control to setup it goes blue on tv screen. Playback CD only with sound with no picture.

Pls help. Thanks
