Mend Black & Decker Working

How can I fix my Black & Decker Mouse Sander?

It just stopped working. I plugged it in and nothing. No noise or anything at all. I opened it up and I can't visually see anything wrong with it. The only thing I can think of is that it might have fallen down from about 20ft high shelf.
