I have a Black & Decker charger that doesn't work. I plugged it the other night and the light didn't come on, the battery just run out of juice and after that I haven't been able to use it since the charger doesn't work.
Its a regular plug in wall charger (class2 power unit)made just for this drill. 14.4v i cant get a reading from end that plugs to my drill at all. the batterey test fine at 14.4, so its gotta be bad charger right?

first test the output pins wher the battery connects to,test transformer, input&output, test all components for values, it can be very cheap to replace a component these days insted of paying out for a new one....

It sounds like you need to replace the charger. It is difficult to repair chargers.
