Mend Vauxhall Vectra B 1800 SXI Car 2001

noise from car?

I have a vectra b 1800sxi 2001 plate.
When i turn left then drive out of the turn at speed there is a terrible grating sound comes from the car,I think the noise comes from the back but my passenger says the front,it only happens if i put my foot down.Can any one please help
