warning lights staying on after car is started, vectra 2.0 dti club 2001?

i have just had this happen to me and have been told that it could be either the driver or passenger seatbelt restraining mechanism and/or the airbag control which is at fault and needs attention. unfortunately the cure is expensive with the replacememt part around £150 plus fitting of £50 or so. hope this helps.
