Mend Fiat Punto Mk2 Sound

fiat punto mk2 nocking / banging ?

i get a nocking taping sound from the front n/s
and the same at the back end but banging but the back end seems low.. im ok if i dont pull of quick and i dont hit holes????????

i found out the n/s/f leg was bent and the shockers at the back has had it.....

same as wickham says and there comon 4 rear axle bushes aswell

check your rear springs and front suspension also,pay attention to a/roll bar links
