Punto Repairs Advice?

Ok, i know i should really go to the garage but time and money are short right now.
Just after some advice as to a couple things that have 'come up' with my x reg punto.
1) What sounds like a hole in the exhaust, has become louder and is affecting the power that the engine produces when driving
2) I seem to have a bit of an oil leak, it seems like oil is being finely sprayed in the engine bay... in particular over the cam belt
3) Got a bit of a squelling sound which seems to be coming from the right hand wheel, this only happens when turning right
4) and last but not least when doing about 70 the steering wheel starts to judder, ive had tracking and wheel balancing done
Any advice would be much appreciated,

Cheers for your advice, both brake pads and discs where replaced about 6 months ago.
On a positive side, after calling out the aa this evening i have found that i need a new down pipe as the pipe has sheared on the weld at the flange.

1, Answer:- You prob need new exhaust, needs to be checked out.
2, May be from loose plug or rocker box gasket (neither major).
3, Sounds like new front discs or pads.
4, Same as 3.
Best to keep up with vehicle maintenance, rather than break down maintenance.

1) Put the palm of your hand over the end of the exhaust pipe...if its blowing you'll hear and feel exhaust gas escaping.
2) An oil leak in the timing belt area is bad news as it can cause the belt to fail prematurely.....try and trace the leak - check the oil filter as well as any breather hoses in the engine bay, particularly in the rocker box area.
3) The brakes are slightly binding, causing the squeal....they need to be stripped down, cleaned or replaced as necessary, and copper grease applied to the back of the pads
4) You still have a wheel balance problem, but it could also be due to a deformed tyre or buckled wheel rim.

wheel bearing, would make steering wheel shudder.
