Mend Sky Digibox Work Power Supply

Satellite Receivers?

My sky digibox does not work after a severe thunderstorm. It has a power supply but no power to LNB or stat finder. Does anyone know what could be wrong. Replaced LNB and cable as cable was burnt at one end.

Need more info to be able to help with this. Does it power-up, i.e standby LED on, does it then come out of standby after a few minutes when u press the power button, how do u know u dont have supply to the LNB, u shud have either 13v or 18v DC, dependant upon what channel ur tuned to. If ur technical i can send u PDF CCT diagrams, what model is it....(Ex STB engineer)
