Mend Ford Transit Wondering Light Time

Wondering why the management light is staying on all the time on Transit Va?

The management light is on all the time on my 1999 Transit Van, it doesn't go into limp mode at all but when I stop and switch off the ignition the engine doesn't go off.

Is this a Lucas pump with EPIC system or a Bosch pump?Maybe worth plugging code reader in to for a look at faults stored.
