Mend Sukida I25cc Ticks Fine Carb

have a sukida I25cc ticks over fine but cannot maintain full revs, misfires?

have changed carb. Could my problem be the HT lead or the coil ?

if it has a metal ht ap unscrew it and fit a new ngk one they ofter break down and arc out to earth causig a loss of spark.
