hi been having prob with renault master t28 s reg 98 brakes. brake was going to floor. got master cylinder and servo changed and since had back front brakes lock on front right piston on caliper was sticking was told need new flexy pipes so done and still got same prob.brkes locking, plz help thanks
K is right if no play in brake pedal that will cause it see if any adjustment because if no play every time you press brakes is like pumping it up cos not releasing fluid back to reservoir

make sure pedal is fully releasing and there is slight play in servo pushrod when brake is off..not sure about your vehicle,but check upper pedal stop -may be adjustable or need re-positioning to give clearance-is servo pushrod adjustable,is pedal return spring ok.

thank you very much, does this mean i have to replace had it changed complete with servo, there is also a 3 month warrenty i beleave. do u know my best option, thanks again

your master cylinder is not releasing all the way causing heat build up in calipers causing fluid to expand and lock brakes had this problem before after changed a servo

sorry forgot to say it is near side and offside front brakes that are sticking and smoking. need back on road asap plz help
