How can I fix my Miele Novotronic W853 ?

All of a sudden my Miele Novotronic W853 will not spin. It fills with some water and does not complete the program properly as no drum movement takes place.Also it stops and the RINSES light keeps flashing I have cleaned out the filter and that was clear can anyone help?
It will also pump out water

I have had the top off and the belt is in place you can also look from under the machine and all looks fine?

The drum is driven by a flexible belt - the belt is driven by a large electric motor.

You will do well to take the back from the machine and inspect the workings or perhaps call an appliance engineer.
