Mend Frigidaire FDB740RCB0 Dishwasher Runs Cycle

Dishwasher continuously runs but is stopping in cycle?

Frigidaire UQ2, Model FDB740RCB0.

1) Timer is replaced... cost 150.00 (I'm mad). Old timer was fine but parts store will not take back the new one.
2) no apparent blockage at drain float.
3) Control knob is not rubbing against the door front (Stopping it from turning).

Could use some advice from experienced DIY'er
