Mend LDV Convoy Hazards Stopped Working

Ldv convoy indicators/hazards?

I have just changed the flasher unit in my LDV Convoy as both the indicators and hazards have suddenly stopped working. this hasn't solved the problem, all the fuses are OK is there something I've missed?
