how can i fix my heavy duty brass shower pump ml 1030?

the shower pump runs all the time when there is no water flowing .i have checked the reed switches and they seem to work ok .is there anything else i can do?

it could be a problem on the control PCB. The reed switch/es connect to this and signal to start the pump.
Is the relay contact sticking
